Do I need to install anything on my computer?
No. BeautySoft is 100% cloud-based. You only need a web browser and an internet connection. It works on desktops, tablets, and phones.
Is my data secure?
Yes. We use bank-level encryption, automatic daily backups, and each business has its data completely isolated from others. No one else can see your information.
Can I issue tax-compliant invoices?
Yes. BeautySoft integrates with FacturaYa — a DGII-authorized provider — to issue electronic invoices (e-CF), manage NCF sequences, and generate 606/607 reports automatically. The integration is included in every plan; FacturaYa bills the salon directly on a preferred plan we've negotiated at the best market rate. Standard invoicing is also available for international use.
Can I switch plans later?
Of course. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Changes take effect at your next billing cycle. No penalties, no long contracts.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your data remains available for 30 days after cancellation so you can export it. After that period, it is permanently removed from our servers.
Do you offer support and training?
Yes. All plans include email support. Professional and Enterprise plans include priority support. Enterprise also includes onsite training and a dedicated account manager.
